As an Executive Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, engaging, and recruiting high-caliber leaders across multiple functions, majorly technology.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Sourcing: Identify, source, & attract senior leadership candidates.
Executive Search: Drive end-to-end recruitment processes for high-impact executive leadership roles, ensuring a world-class candidate experience & seamless hiring process.
Client Partnership: Build strong relationships with senior leadership & business stakeholders to understand hiring needs, team dynamics, & organizational culture.
Market Research & Networking: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in the industry & use your network to proactively source passive candidates.
Attend industry events and maintain strong professional connections with top tech talent.
Negotiation & Closing: Lead candidate negotiations and successfully close offers with competitive compensation packages
Qualifications:
Experience: Min 8 years of exp in executive search, with a strong focus on recruiting for tech leadership roles.
Industry Expertise: Proven track record of hiring top-tier leadership talent
Sourcing Skills: Expertise in using a variety of sourcing channels, including direct network, referrals, & social media.
Stakeholder Management: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
Global Perspective: Experience working with multinational teams and sourcing talent for global roles is a plus.
