Inpatient Medical Rehabilitation Hospital located in Tucson, AZ 85712. Direct hire, local candidates only. New grads accepted with clinical experience in Rehabilitation (OT, PT, SLT) or MedSurg. 2 years of experience including Rehabilitation or MedSurg preferred.
Shift Information : PM shift : 1 (6 : 00 p.m. - 6 : 00 a.m.) with differentials for nights and weekends. Minimum of 3 weekend shifts required per month on a rotating basis.
Patient Demo Information : Ratio 1 : 8 on nights. Patients are typically between 75-90 years of age. Typical patient stay is 2 weeks. Sports medicine, neuro, ortho, and spinal cord rehabilitation.
Professional Development : Heavy emphasis on continued education. Tuition assistance offered to those interested in obtaining CRRN after two years of employment. Test available twice annually.
Requirements : AZ or compact RN license required. BLS required. CRRN preferred.
