What You’ll Do
Ensure all sales orders are correctly set up in company systems for accurate service delivery, billing, revenue recognition, and reporting .
Streamline operations by following SOPs and meeting SLAs to drive efficiency.
Manage Salesforce opportunities and ensure timely closure, especially at month-end.
Identify and resolve errors proactively to maintain operational excellence.
Provide insightful reporting on Order Management performance and key metrics.
Partner with Finance Operations and other teams to define and implement best practices.
Continuously refine and enhance order management processes for greater accuracy and customer satisfaction.
What You Bring
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a STEM-related field preferred.
Experience : Minimum 2 years in order management, sales operations, or a similar role.
Tech Skills : Proficiency in SAP (ERP systems) and Salesforce for sales management and reporting.
Problem-Solving Mindset : Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
Collaboration & Communication : Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Organizational Excellence : Proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Industry Advantage : Exposure to Oil & Gas or Construction is a big plus!
