Note : The hourly rate for this position is $30 - $50 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. Responsibilities :

Inspect, test, maintain, and repair fire sprinkler systems in accordance with National Fire Protection Association standards

Conduct inspections and tests on existing fire sprinkler systems to ensure they are properly functioning

Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with fire sprinkler systems and perform repairs where necessary

Collaborate with team to ensure the project is completed on time

Maintain appropriate records of all performed, to include inspections, maintenance, and repairs

Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal fire safety regulations

Qualifications :

2 years for sprinkler installation experience

Valid CO sprinkler license

Reliable transportation

Tools of the trade

Ability to work in variable weather (cold, heat, windy, etc)

Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the day with or without reasonable accommodation

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
