Maintenance and Inventory Specialist

Note: The hourly rate for this position is $20 - $25 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. Responsibilities:

• Hours: 5 x 8's; Monday - Friday, 40 hours
• Install security doors, frames, hardware, glass, furniture, and accessories
• Manage warehouse operations, including organizing stock and checking in materials
• Assist project managers and superintendents with material delivery and inventory
• Maintain and ensure operational readiness of equipment
• Mobilize to project sites to accept and inventory materials
• Deliver materials to project sites across the U.S.
• Work Monday-Friday, 7:30 am - 4:00 pm, with occasional weekend work for extended travel projects

Qualifications:

• Construction background preferred
• Strong communication skills to work effectively with various stakeholders
• Willingness to travel weekly, with projects spanning from South Florida to South Dakota
• Ability to comprehend technical information and follow installation guidelines
• Willingness to work long hours, including 4-day, 10-hour shifts to accommodate travel needs
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the day
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
• Prior experience in the commercial field required
• Position may require a drug screen
