Learn more at .Responsibilities : Hours : 8 Hour Shifts | Monday - Friday | 40 HoursAssemble and hang duct systemsInstall accessories such as VAVs, fire dampers, and control dampers Set hangers, roof curbs, and wall sleevesMeasure and cut sheet metal by hand or with toolsUnderstand and comply with applicable Building Code and Safety RulesFollow blueprints to determine project requirements such as scope, assembly sequences, or required methods or material Fasten joints and seams with solder, welds, caulk, bolts, and metal driver clipsInstall assemblies, including pipes, HVAC ducts, flashings, rain gutters, and furnace casings in a supportive frameworkUse hand and power tools to trim, buff, smooth, file, and grind metal surfaces and joints of parts that have been assembled to ensure safety and a seamless appearanceQualifications : Must have a minimum of 5 years solid in the tradesOSHA-10 required (can be provided)Ability to read and follow prints to layout, assemble, and install duct, flat roof, condensers and unitsAbility to Perform on individual & Team assignmentsAbility to stand, bend, kneel, and walk for extended periods throughout the day with or without reasonable accommodationAbility to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodationPrior experience in the Commercial Or Industrial Mechanical field (required)Prior experience using With Commercial & Industrial Plumbing (preferred)This position will require a drug screen & Background checkTrueBlue, Inc. and its brands welcome and encourage applications from candidates with disabilities.
