We are looking for a New Account Manager for our Indianola location. This position provides supervision to Indianola Personal Bankers, Contact Center Representative and Tellers. Also, keeps up-to-date on vendor updates such as merchant processing, credit cards, check vender, etc. and trains the Retail Banking staff on these updates. This position opens, closes and maintains checking accounts, savings accounts, certificate of deposits, IRA's, safe deposit boxes, ATM / Debit Cards, and online banking.
QUALIFICATIONS :
Minimum of three years Retail Banking experience and High School / GED required. Must have exceptional people skills including oral and written communication. Must be able to multitask and have good computer skills. Ability to solve a wide variety of practical and customer service problems. Previous supervisory experience preferred.
SCHEDULE :
A regular working shift is between the hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday to Friday and some Saturdays 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.
COMPENSATION :
Compensation Range (compensatory based on previous banking experience) : $46,340 / yr. - $54,074 / yr.
