Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned Commercial Lender who will solicit new and expand existing business relationships of high quality within our market area.
The primary responsibility will be to develop new deposit and credit relationships with businesses with revenues less than $5 million and credit needs of $1 million or less.
- Develop a prospect list of potential new business customers.
- Create and implement a sales strategy independently or in conjunction with Business Banking and Business Development Officers.
- Work directly with the First VP-Business Banking to ensure streamlined application processes and pipeline management.
Key responsibilities include:
- Prospecting and networking to develop new long-term relationships.
- Collaborating with counterparts to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Maintaining a portfolio of business loan relationships.
This role requires advanced credit skills, superior knowledge of banking products, and exceptional customer support skills.
