Essential Job Functions:
- Promotes telecommunications solutions, including fiber, wireless, and security systems, by identifying, researching, and engaging with potential customers.
- Educates new and existing residential and commercial clients on available services and solutions.
- Generates new leads for the Commercial Sales Team and Residential Customer Service Team.
- Maintains and ensures the accuracy of field marketing materials, keeping them updated and accessible to the public.
- Supports general marketing efforts, including coverage surveys and community outreach initiatives.
- Performs additional duties as assigned by management.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Understanding of telecommunications technology, products, and services.
- Familiarity with company policies and procedures.
- Knowledge of marketing principles and outreach strategies.
