Peoples Development Services LLC (PDS) is an organization with a team of Behavioral Health and Social Services professionals working with disabled individuals, families and community members from diverse backgrounds. PDS is looking for an innovative dynamic individual to join our growing two locations clinic that provides behavioral health (ARMHS & Psychotherapy). About the position:
Primary responsibilities include providing supervision within our community-based culturally specific ARMHS & Psychotherapy programs. this role, a clinical supervisor will supervise a team of 4-6 Mental Health Staff (ARMHS & Psychotherapy) and oversee clinical review of Diagnostic Assessments, Functional Assessments, Individual Treatment Plans, Progress/Service Notes, and Approval of all DHS-Mental Health Requirements in a timely manner. Clinical supervisor will also participate in training and quality assurance meetings, and communicating and coordinating with other clinical trainees, student interns, administrative support staff, and outside agencies.
Essential duties:
- Provide clinical oversight and leadership for all mental health practitioners, psychotherapist and other individuals in teams
- Review client files and ensure that clinical documents including progress notes, plans, reports and discharge summaries are done according to ARMHS & psychotherapy program & agency guidelines and are maintained in the prescribed manner
- Oversee treatment/intervention reflective of client needs, stated in terms of expected outcomes per ARMHS & Psychotherapy program guidelines
- Demonstrate effective, culturally sensitive communication skills verbally and in writing in a diverse work environment
- Build strong team environment and supervise all assigned staff on weekly & bi-weekly basis.
Required education and licensure:
- Master's or Doctorate degree from an accredited college or university in a behavior science or related field
- Licensed Mental Health Professional (LP, LICSW, LPCC, LMFT, NP); license must be active and unrestricted
- Must possess a valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle
- Proficient in the use of computers; previous EHR experience preferred
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
Compensation:
A successful candidate would expect between $50 - $55 per hour rate depending on clinical experience and familiarity with Mental Health supervision experience.
Additional Earnings: Ongoing bi-weekly performance pay & retention based bonuses.
