Market Executive Assistant Mt. Sterling KY
Interview customer loan applicants to develop information concerning their loan needs, takes loan applications, process loans through the Laser pro system, and closes loans as needed or in the absence of Market President or Senior Loan officer. Prepares and / or reviews all loan documents for completeness and accuracy. Maintain up to date commercial loan files to ensure loan documentation exceptions are kept to a minimum. Serve as Executive Secretary for Market President and / or Senior Loan Officer. Handle Special Projects. Coordinate preparation of Advisory Board Reports.
A significant level of trust and diplomacy is required, in addition to normal courtesy and tact. Work involves extensive personal contact with others and / or is usually of a personal or sensitive nature. Work may involve motivating or influencing others. Outside contacts become important and fostering sound relationships with other entities (companies and / or individuals) becomes necessary.
Experience in commercial loan processing is a plus.
