Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or equivalent.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in retail banking, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Supervisory experience in the deposit and consumer loan products and services area of a financial services company.
- In-depth knowledge of digital banking technologies, platforms, and fintech trends.
- Strong experience in digital transformation, product development, and customer experience management
- Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making abilities
- Strong understanding of banking regulations, risk management, and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners
- Ability to meet or exceed established sales, operational and CRA goals
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the retail banking division, aligning it with the overall business strategy.
- Oversee physical branch operations, customer service, product offerings, and sales initiatives.
- Develop and implement long-term strategies for retail banking growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Improve retail sales and service and increase sources of fee income.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital banking strategy, ensuring the bank’s offerings are competitive and aligned with market trends.
- Oversee the development or optimization of digital platforms, including mobile and online banking.
- Identify and drive the development of new retail banking products and services for both digital and physical channels.
- Develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics related to retail and digital banking services.
