Peoples National Bank is seeking candidates for our Senior Collector and Repo Inventory Manager position. Candidates should have at least two years of lending experience and one year of collection experience, plus successful completion of in-house training or other approved training program. Must have a valid driver’s license and ability to operate heavy equipment. This position will require travel between locations, including operation of a company vehicle.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for identifying suspicious activity and promptly reporting
- Inspect Retail Construction Loans at the loan officer’s request
- Keep accurate records of all contact/remarks associated w/past due accounts
- Pull credit reports, request home inspections and home visits
- Managing repossessed inventory, securing property
- Disposition of the repossessed property and GL accounts
- Inspect OREO and Non-Accrual properties on a Monthly basis.
- Responsible for working with realtors on liquidation of properties
- Prepare monthly inspection reports
Minimum Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to obtain a working knowledge of the laws and regulations applicable to the job responsibilities
- Previous experience in collections
- Previous lending experience
- Management experience
