Responsibilities
- Greet clients and provide excellent customer service
- Process financial transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist clients with account inquiries and provide product information
- Identify opportunities to promote and cross-sell our products and services
- Adhere to all security and compliance policies and procedures
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 years of experience in customer service or cash handling
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of banking products and services
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
