Peoples Senior Living (CSLS Community) is seeking a Community Relations Specialist to lead our marketing, sales, and outreach efforts to drive occupancy growth and build strong relationships with residents, families, and referral partners.

About the Role

As a Community Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting our senior living community through strategic marketing, personalized sales approaches, and community engagement. You will play a key role in guiding prospective residents and their families through the decision-making process while fostering relationships with referral sources to ensure both private pay and Medicaid census growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct personalized tours and ensure the community maintains a welcoming and attractive presence.

• Manage and update the CRM database with prospect interactions and follow-up activities.

• Develop and execute a strategic marketing plan, including advertising, direct mail, PR, and event planning.

• Represent the community at external events, civic groups, and industry associations.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources and analyze market trends.

• Provide leadership by coaching team members on sales and marketing best practices.

• Assist new residents with admissions paperwork and provide support for after-hours admissions when needed.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree (required).

• 3 years of experience in senior living sales or marketing (preferred).

• Strong organizational and follow-through skills.

• Compassionate, professional, and highly motivated.

• Ability to work flexible hours and respond to urgent needs.

• High level of integrity and emotional intelligence.
