Community Relations Specialist
Peoples Senior Living (CSLS Community) | Full-Time

Peoples Senior Living (CSLS Community) is seeking a Community Relations Specialist to lead our marketing, sales, and outreach efforts to drive occupancy growth and build strong relationships with residents, families, and referral partners.
About the Role
As a Community Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting our senior living community through strategic marketing, personalized sales approaches, and community engagement. You will play a key role in guiding prospective residents and their families through the decision-making process while fostering relationships with referral sources to ensure both private pay and Medicaid census growth.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct personalized tours and ensure the community maintains a welcoming and attractive presence.

Manage and update the CRM database with prospect interactions and follow-up activities.

Develop and execute a strategic marketing plan, including advertising, direct mail, PR, and event planning.

Represent the community at external events, civic groups, and industry associations.

Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources and analyze market trends.

Provide leadership by coaching team members on sales and marketing best practices.

Assist new residents with admissions paperwork and provide support for after-hours admissions when needed.
Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree (required).

3 years of experience in senior living sales or marketing (preferred).

Strong organizational and follow-through skills.

Compassionate, professional, and highly motivated.

Ability to work flexible hours and respond to urgent needs.

High level of integrity and emotional intelligence.
