This position is responsible for visually inspecting meter bases in the Central Lincoln PUD service area to identify issues such as holes, poorly secured components, or enclosed conditions that may affect their integrity and/or accessibility. Inspections will follow pass/fail criteria and will not involve handling energized electrical equipment.

Minimum Qualifications and Progression
Are you, or will you be at least 18 years of age as of May 1, 2025?
- 2 positions will be filled in Newport
- Schedule: Monday – Thursday 7:00am to 5:30pm
- Duration: 5/1/2025 to 9/11/2025
- This position will not work overtime
- No benefits are associated with this position

- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods in various weather and ground conditions
- Strong communication skills to address property owners' questions and concerns

Minimum Qualifications and Progression
- Must be 18 years of age on or before May 1st, 2025
- Requires a Class C Driver's License
- Post-offer background check required: Yes
