Senior Project Engineer (A1 building main contractor) - YL
Our client, a prominent A1 main contractor with an impressive portfolio of building projects, is currently seeking a Senior Project Engineer to join them for a new iconic mixed-development building project during an exciting time in their development.
What you will do :
- Assist the Project Manager in coordinating, planning, and executing the project plan on-site
- Participate in site meetings, inspections, and monitoring to report on the project's progress.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure all technical drawings and plans are followed.
- Oversee day-to-day construction activities, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Coordinate site logistics, material deliveries, and equipment usage to ensure smooth project flow.
- Assist in managing project budgets and monitoring cost expenditures.
- Assist in troubleshooting project issues and delays, proposing corrective measures.
- Supervise to ensure productivity & quality of sub-contractors’ works, in compliance to specific requirement
