Sharepoint Developer
This is a hybrid onsite role, 3 days per week onsite in NY mid-town office.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automation applications using low-code and no-code platforms and configuring systems for each of our clients' unique requirements. They will work closely with cross-functional teams (Business, Support and Control functions) to identify automation opportunities, build, and deploy automated solutions, and provide ongoing support and maintenance.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Develop on the following low-code tooling such as : Microsoft Power Platform (power ai, power automate, etc..), SharePoint
Promote Citizen development for proof of concept or small implementation and assisting to industrialize solution to a larger scale with IT
Handle and manage multiple requests at the same time
Work with business and IT teams locally and globally
Research and analyze business processes with the scope of optimizing and automating them
Work in a production environment and support for various business units in a financial environment, from front office to support (Operations, Finance, IT, HR, Purchasing) and control functions (Risk, Compliance, Audit)
Taking a proactive approach for problem identification and solving
Collaborating with customers to assist on BRD (Business Requirements Document) as well as capturing and defining technical specification requirements
Requirements :
10-15 years of IT experience and string development experience
Strong Share Point and Microsoft Power Platform skills
Programming knowledge of .NET and C# a plus
Web development knowledge : Angular / React, HTML, SQL
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Effective communication and good interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively to contribute in a global team environment in NY, Porto and Paris
Proven experience in low-code / no-code development and automation with understanding of business processes and workflow automation
Proficiency in using low-code / no-code platforms such as Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint, and Alteryx
Experience in DevOps, SUN(ServiceNow), Bit Bucket, Jenkins
Knowledge of development life cycle and experience on APIs, SQL, and software integration
Have knowledge and ability to handle project management skills, define scope, objectives, schedule, and work within budgets
Strong ability to research, investigate basic and complex IT related topics and propose solutions
Certification in low-code / no-code development platforms
Experience with requirements gathering - working with clients to determine analytical needs and carrying those needs through the development of data-driven tools to facilitate the requirements
Familiarity with agile development concepts / methodologies
Experience in supporting and working with financial businesses
Ability to work in a dynamic and often fast-paced environment
