Summary of Position :
The Global Markets Pre-Trade IT team is responsible for providing Global Macro (Rates, FX), Equity / Securities Lending and Credit businesses with reliable and time-sensitive IT solutions to meet their needs. The team is involved in the different phases of application development : user needs collection, analysis, design, implementation, delivery, support, and maintenance, within an agile framework. We are looking for a seasoned cross-platforms (Web / Desktop) UI developer to join a dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing a seamless, intuitive user interface that enhances collaboration betwee sales and traders in the Rates / FX domain. This role requires a deep understanding of both web and desktop development, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced financial environment.Essential Duties and Responsibilities : Design and develop high-quality, user-friendly interfaces for web and desktop platforms that facilitate collaboration between sales and tradersWork closely with stakeholders, including sales teams, traders, and other developers, to gather and understand requirementsImplement responsive and interactive UI elements using modern web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.) and desktop frameworks (Tauri, .NET, Kotlin Multiplatform, etc.)Ensure cross-platform compatibility and optimize the application for performance and scalabilityBe part of the UX / UI design to provide the best the user experienceWrite clean, maintainable, and efficient code, following best practices and coding standardsConduct thorough testing and debugging of the application to ensure functionality and usabilityStay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continually improve the application's performance and user experienceRequirements :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fieldProven experience as a UI Developer with a strong portfolio of cross-platform projectsProficiency in web technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks / libraries like SvelteKit, React, Angular, or Vue.jsExperience with desktop development frameworks like Tauri, .NET (Blazor / MAUI), Kotlin Multiplatform, or similarFamiliarity with RESTful APIs and web servicesKnowledge of version control systems, such as GitStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailExcellent communication and teamwork abilitiesExperience in the financial sector, particularly with Rates / FX, is a plus
