We are seeking a highly skilled maintenance technician or certified water/wastewater operator to join our team at PeopleService, Inc.. Our company provides critical contract-operations to Worth County, Nora Springs, and surrounding areas.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in mechanical skills and the ability to repair water/wastewater equipment. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with post-high school education in water/wastewater (preferably). Iowa Water and/or Wastewater certification is an asset.
This is a challenging role that requires excellent communication skills, both oral and written. The selected individual will be required to work weekends and on-call based on a rotating schedule, including responding to after-hour emergency callouts.
