What are the responsibilities and job description for the Collections Representative position at PeopleShare Inc?
What are we looking for? Candidates must have at least 1 year of previous debt collections experience (1st or 3rd party) in a call center environment to apply.
Title : Debt Collections Representative
Location : Mount Laurel, NJ 08054
Schedule : Monday-Friday
Two days : 9 : 15 AM - 6 : 00 PM
Three days : 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 45 PM
Pay Rate : $18-$20 / hr
Key Responsibilities :
Reach out to consumers with past-due accounts and negotiate payment arrangements.
Ensure full compliance with debt collection laws and regulations.
Adhere to collection scripts and processes for consistent results.
Document all activities accurately using our system.
Maintain empathy and professionalism while securing outstanding balances.
Handle a 40-hour work week with flexibility for varied schedules.
Requirements :
At least 12 months of experience within a debt collections call center environment.
Familiar with various debt collection computer systems, call dialer, and knowledge of FDCPA.
3rd party debt collections experience a plus.
