Perform testing at the unit and PCB level, interpreting schematics and drawings. Modify tasks at a technical level and complete forms electronically. Work independently with minimal supervision while ensuring quality and accuracy. Perform other duties as assigned to support operations. Electronics & Soldering Technician Job Requirements : Education : Associate's Degree or Certificate in Electronics Technology or equivalent related experience. Skills : Thorough understanding of analog and digital circuits. Ability to troubleshoot to the component level and pass a soldering and electronics test. Knowledge of digital voltmeters, frequency counters, spectrum analyzers, and general-purpose troubleshooting equipment. Excellent soldering skills (through-hole and surface mount). Strong technical writing and communication skills. Ability to follow detailed instructions, specifications, and policies. Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively with engineers, customers, and coworkers. Test Requirement : Must pass soldering and electronics tests during an onsite 1-hour tour.
