We have partnered with a Cold Storage Warehouse in Romeoville, Illinois to urgently hire Forklift Drivers.
The goal of this position is to operate forklifts, reach trucks, and electric pallet jacks to store cold storage items on racks and into trucks.
Our partner provides Refrigwear freezer gear to employees which includes overalls, vest, and jacket. This will keep you warm while working!

Available Shifts :
1st Shift 6am to 2PM Monay - Friday with OT during the week and Saturdays.
2nd Shift 2 : 00PM - 10 : 30PM Monday - Friday with OT during the week and on Saturdays.
Responsibilities of the Warehouse Forklift Operator / Reach Truck
- Unload materials and merchandise from incoming vehicles and stack them to assigned places
- Locate and move stock of products to pallets or crates for storage or shipment
- Identify damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies
- Transport raw materials to production workstations
- Inspect machinery to determine the need for repairs and guarantee safety by performing regular maintenance
- Keep updated records of inventory and activity logs
- Comply with company policies and legal guidelines
- Help maintain a safe and orderly environment of the facilities
- Forklift Operator experience, reach experience is a plus.
- Be able and willing to get off the forklift to perform duties.
- Attention to detail and familiarity with industrial equipment.
- Able to lift 50lbs.
- Must be able to work in a cold environment and perform all duties

- Must be experienced as a Reach Truck operator and be able to demonstrate proficiency in operating a Reach Truck.
- Must have excellent math skills along with basic computer skills.
- Must have an excellent working knowledge of all relevant Warehouse documentation.
- Must have previous warehousing experience.
- Must have a sense of urgency.
- Must be a team player, able to work well with others.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be flexible with start and end times and work overtime when required.
