Job Details for Inside Sales Representative : Schedule : Monday-Friday, 11 : 00 AM-7 : 15 PM, plus one Saturday shift per month from 10 : 00 AM-3 : 00 PM (with a day off during the week). Work Arrangement : 4 days in-office, 1 day remote of your choice. Pay Rate : $24 / hour uncapped commissions. Employment Type : Temp-to-Hire. Job Responsibilities for Inside Sales Representative : Handle inbound calls and warm leads to quote and sell personal lines insurance products, including auto and home policies. Deliver a consultative sales experience, helping clients make informed decisions. Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across all lines of business. Accurately document prospect information, quotes, and sales data into the system.
