Key Details :
Hourly Pay : $17 / hour
Shift : Monday-Thursday, 4 : 25 PM - 2 : 55 AM
Overtime : Typically worked on Friday nights, as needed
Main Responsibilities :
Other duties may be assigned per business needs.)
Assemble and / or disassemble products across 1-3 product lines, including items such as Valves, Parking Brake, QBA, Final Filters, and more.
Follow work instructions, engineering parts drawings, or sales literature for subassemblies, testing, and packaging.
Adhere to ISO procedures and work instructions.
Ensure quality standards by performing accurate counts and meeting production benchmarks.
Identify process improvements and notify supervisors of potential updates to work instructions.
Support various departments where trained, as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Follow all company safety procedures and report equipment malfunctions or process deviations.
Qualifications / Experience :
Proficiency in using hand and power tools for assembly purposes.
Strong math, reading, and computer skills.
Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions effectively.
