Job Overview

We are seeking a customer first indivual to support various office functions, including mailroom operations, receptionist backup, and hospitality assistance. This role requires flexibility, attention to detail, and strong customer service skills. As a key support member, you will help maintain smooth office operations and ensure a professional atmosphere.

The dress code is business casual , and this position requires client-facing interactions in the main lobby area.

Mailroom & Hospitality Support

Location : Onsite in Irving, TX

Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM (No Lunch Break)

Pay Rate : $18.00 per hour (Weekly Pay)

No COVID Restrictions

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the mailroom with sorting, distributing, and handling incoming and outgoing mail
  • Maintain and restock office supplies across the campus
  • Provide backup coverage for the receptionist, including lunch break coverage
  • Assist with hospitality functions , including event setup and food and beverage service
  • Set up and break down conference rooms for meetings and events
  • Maintain cleanliness in kitchens, break rooms, and conference areas
  • Order and track inventory for office supplies, food, and beverages
  • Perform general office maintenance , including trash removal, sweeping, vacuuming, and dusting
  • Support office shipping and receiving operations
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients, guests, and internal staff

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • One to two years of hospitality and office experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent customer service and organizational skills
  • Basic proficiency in computers and office equipment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to lift and move conference room furniture and supplies as needed
  • Maintain a clean and professional work environment
