JOB DETAILS : Position : Parts & Inventory Coordinator Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM Pay Rate : $18-$19 / hr (Based on Experience) RESPONSIBILITIES : Inventory Management : Maintain accurate inventory records both manually and digitally. Order Tracking : Investigate issues with orders and resolve discrepancies. Reconciliation : Perform physical counts of inventory and ensure records match. Customer Service : Answer phones and assist with parts orders. Vendor Relations : Match vendor confirmations to orders and update databases. REQUIREMENTS : High School Diploma required; Associate degree or some college preferred. Preferred experience in Purchasing & Inventory Control. Comfortable handling vendor interactions both over the phone and in person. Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent time management, organizational, and multitasking abilities. Strong critical thinking skills to manage discrepancies. Preferred experience with QuickBooks.
