We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Materials Specialist to join our team at our Minneapolis location. The ideal candidate will have experience in inventory management, logistics, and forklift operation, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, 24 / 7 shop environment. This role involves managing materials, ensuring inventory accuracy, and supporting operational needs to keep our processes running smoothly.

Minimum Qualifications for a Materials Specialist

• High school diploma, GED, or at least 2 years of recent and relevant work experience.
• Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
• Prior experience in logistics, shipping / receiving, and inventory management.
• Forklift operation experience and proficiency with shop equipment.
• Ability to work effectively in a warehouse / shop environment.
• Reliable attendance, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well in a team.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
