Salary : $23-25 / hr
Schedule : Monday-Friday 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm
We are looking to add an Accounts Payable Clerk to our dynamic team who will report to the CFO and perform a wide variety of accounting duties that require initiative and a significant amount of judgment in solving problems.
- Responsible for the receipt, processing and control of all vendor invoices;
- Responsible for the receipt, review and processing of all employee expense reports;
- Ensures the integrity, accuracy and timeliness of invoice processing;
- Ensures vendor files are kept current;
- Handles phone calls from customers and vendors;
- Performs various general ledger account reconciliations;
- Daily bank statement processing; and
- Assists on special projects and other duties as assigned by the CFO / Controller.
