Job Details for Assemblers :
- Position : Assembler
- Assembler schedule Options :
- 1st shift : Monday-Friday, 7 : 00 AM - 4 : 00 PM
- 2nd shift : Monday - Thursday, 2 : 00 PM - 12 : 30 AM
- 3rd shift : Monday - Thursday, 8 : 30 PM - 7 : 00 AM
- Pay Rate for Assemblers : $16-$17.50
Key Responsibilities for Assemblers :
Assembly & Masking : Accurately apply plastic tape, vinyl tape, or rubber plugs to metal parts according to customer specifications, drawings, and work orders.
Carefully de-mask products after processing.
Quality & Efficiency : Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensure quality at every stage (masking, racking, de-masking), and transport parts between stations.
Use materials efficiently and suggest improvements to reduce costs.
Collaboration & Safety : Follow verbal and written instructions, operate within quality system requirements, and communicate effectively with team members to meet deadlines and ensure a safe workplace.
Requirements :
- Education : High school diploma or equivalent.
- Flexibility : Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
