Job Title : Contract Admin
Location : Pennsauken, NJ
Employment Type : Temp to Hire
Scheduled : Monday – Friday 7am – 3 : 30pm
Payrate : $25-$30 / hr
We are seeking a Contract Administrator to join our team! This role is responsible for preparing, reviewing, and managing contract documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Key Responsibilities :
- Draft, review, and facilitate the execution of contracts and legal agreements.
- Manage third-party agreements using contract management software (LinkSquares).
- Identify potential risks in contracts and negotiate unfavorable terms.
- Coordinate approval workflows, ensuring all necessary reviews are completed before execution.
- Maintain accurate contract records and legal documents, including insurance certificates.
- Work with accounting to ensure contracts are properly set up for billing.
Document and log accounting-related contract items.
