Key Responsibilities :

  • Perform accurate data entry, reporting, and verification tasks
  • Provide customer service support by answering inquiries and coordinating logistics
  • Scan, file, and maintain physical and digital records
  • Assist with inventory management, including tracking and verifying stock levels
  • Collaborate with departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Support the Shipping / Receiving Manager and Production Inventory Analyst with tasks
  • Maintain adherence to safety, cleanliness, and operational standards

    • What We're Looking For :

    Top Technical Skills :

  • Common sense and the ability to take direction
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred)

    • Soft Skills & Traits :

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel and Word); experience with data management systems is a plus
  • Strong communication and multitasking abilities
  • Previous data entry or clerical experience, ideally in a manufacturing setting
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
