PeopleShare is currently hiring for an Executive Assistant with a non-profit social services provider in the Washington, Nj area!
Schedule : Monday- Friday 8am-4pm (Fully in office), 1 hour unpaid break.
Salary : $30 / hr

Job Responsibilities :
- Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records
- Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails and letters, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the President's behalf
- Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary
- Managing the Chief Operating Officer’s calendar, including making and rescheduling appointments
- Filing and retrieving corporate records, documents, and reports
- Coordinate filing and review of reports before submission
- Oversee collection and submission of grant reports in various local, state, and federal reporting systems
- Support Chief Operating Officer’s direct reports and leadership staff in timely submissions as needed
- Reconciles credit card for Chief Operating Officer on a monthly basis and submits appropriate documentation to finance department
- Acting as the point of contact and liaison among employees, clients
