PeopleShare is currently hiring for an Executive Assistant with a non-profit social services provider in the Washington, Nj area!

Schedule :   Monday- Friday 8am-4pm (Fully in office), 1 hour unpaid break.

Salary :  $30 / hr

Temp to Hire

Job Responsibilities :

  • Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records
  • Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails and letters, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the President's behalf
  • Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary
  • Managing the Chief Operating Officer’s calendar, including making and rescheduling appointments
  • Filing and retrieving corporate records, documents, and reports
  • Coordinate filing and review of reports before submission
  • Oversee collection and submission of grant reports in various local, state, and federal reporting systems
  • Support Chief Operating Officer’s direct reports and leadership staff in timely submissions as needed
  • Reconciles credit card for Chief Operating Officer on a monthly basis and submits appropriate documentation to finance department
  • Acting as the point of contact and liaison among employees, clients

Job Requirements :

  • 10 years' experience in the administrative field with 5 years' experience working with C-Level executives
  • Excellent Communication and time management skills; proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate self-initiative to complete tasks
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced environment, performs additional duties as assigned
