MAINTENANCE/FACILITIES TECHNICIAN/ Event Set-Up
MAINTENANCE/FACILITIES TECHNICIAN/ Event Set-Up Job Details:
- Schedule: Part-time 25- 35 hours per week (8:00 AM- 1:30 PM- Includes a ½ hour lunch break; hours can be flexible)

Pay Rate: $18 - $20/ hour
MAINTENANCE/FACILITIES TECHNICIAN/ Event Set-Up Job Description:
- Perform general maintenance duties including, but not limited to HVAC, plumbing, electrical and painting work as necessary
- General Drywall Repair
- Appliance repair/installation
- General Carpentry Skills
- Set-up of chairs/ tables for resident events as needed
- Responsible for completing assigned work orders
- Attend and actively participate in required meetings
- Perform routine preventive maintenance measures
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Assist other departments as needed
MAINTENANCE/FACILITIES TECHNICIAN/ Event Set-Up Job Requirements:
- Patience and understanding especially as it pertains to seniors
- At least 2 years of general field experience (*Refer to “Specific Duties & Responsibilities” listed above)
- Valid Driver’s License and Clean driving record (*Will need to use personal vehicle)
- High school diploma/GED required
- Physically capable of lifting 50 pounds unassisted

Experienced in operating a variety of equipment, small hand tools, power tools
- Note: General hands tools are not supplied by the company.
- Effective communication skills
- Time management skills
- Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
- Ability to prioritize tasks and follow specified procedures
