About the Role :
PeopleShare is looking for a Tech-Savvy Production Specialist to operate high-end printing equipment in a fast-paced environment. If you have a knack for technology, Microsoft Office proficiency, and experience in a print production setting, this could be your perfect fit!
In this role, you will :
Operate and maintain high-end production printers (roll-fed press, copier, bindery, fulfillment, QC, etc.)
Print and organize high-volume documents with precision
Troubleshoot printer issues & ensure top-quality output
Lift and handle paper boxes (some standing required, but breaks included)
Manage print jobs, calibrate machines & perform basic maintenance
What You Need :
3 years of related experience (preferably in a roll-fed printing environment)
Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new software controls
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
Excellent customer service & organizational skills
Ability to prioritize, troubleshoot, and manage multiple tasks
