Now Hiring : Conference Room Specialist – $20 / hr (Monday-Friday, 7 AM - 4 PM)
PeopleShare is seeking a Conference Room Specialist to join our team! This is a highly physical, customer-facing role that requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently. If you have experience in conference room management, corporate hospitality, or event setup , this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities :
- Set up and break down conference rooms, including tables, chairs, and AV equipment
- Manage conference room scheduling and ensure setups meet client expectations
- Maintain a professional and organized workspace while providing exceptional customer service
- Assist with additional on-site tasks, including mail deliveries and copy / print production
- Ensure all common areas are clean, stocked, and presentable
- Work independently, follow directions, and stay on task with a results-driven mindset
