Job Description
We are seeking a motivated HR Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with an interest in Human Resources, strong organizational skills, and a willingness to learn. You will play a key role in supporting HR operations and ensuring smooth day-to-day functions within the department.
Responsibilities :
- Track attendance and maintain accurate records using Excel.
- Perform basic data entry and manage filing systems.
- Log and maintain employee records in compliance with company policies.
- Assist with hiring processes, including scheduling interviews and conducting background checks.
- Prepare offer letters, contracts, and other onboarding documentation.
- Add employee information to files and databases.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee and applicant inquiries.
