Job Responsibilities for Inside Sales Representative :
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
Identify sales opportunities and create tailored solutions for customer needs
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing
Provide product knowledge, pricing, and delivery estimates to customers
Offer post-sale support and help resolve customer concerns
Requirements for Inside Sales Representative :
2 years of sales or engineering experience (electrical industry preferred)
Electrical or military experience is a plus
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
