Inventory Warehouse Associate- Third Shift

• Shift: 3rd Shift, Monday-Friday, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM (Paid Lunch).
• Training: 1st shift for the first 3 days, then transition to 3rd shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with receiving, stocking, and maintaining inventory.
• Put orders up and manage inventory movement using manual pallet jacks.
• Ensure accuracy in sorting, labeling, and storing items on racks, shelves, or bins.
• Issue and document tools, products, and equipment to employees.
• Perform cycle counts and maintain up-to-date stock records in the system.
• Report damaged or worn tools/equipment and assist in necessary repairs.
• Prepare inventory reports and support inventory level maintenance.
• Operate basic computer systems to manage inventory and related documentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.

Qualifications:

• 3 months of relevant experience in a warehouse or storeroom environment preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred (not required).
• Basic computer skills and ability to use software for inventory management (e.g., MS Office).
• Strong attention to detail with excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs (or more with assistance) and perform tasks requiring standing, kneeling, bending, and climbing.

Dress Code & Requirements:

• Steel-toe shoes are required.
• Dress code: Jeans or pants with a t-shirt or polo (no sweatpants or shorts).

Work Environment:

• Temperature-controlled storeroom.
• May require overtime or weekend work depending on operational needs.
