Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:
- Operate multiple machines, including changeovers and settings.
- Manage personnel working on related lines and assist with bundle and stack product.
- Follow production schedules provided by the Shift Supervisor and record production.
- Assist with coil loading, teaching helpers and new personnel, reporting shortages of coils, and addressing machine troubles.
- Perform required maintenance for machines, assist with repairs, and maintain daily housekeeping for related machines.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, with strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods, bend, and lift heavy materials up to 50lbs.
- Success in a high-paced environment and ability to contribute to team efforts through effective communication.
