Job Details for : Extrusion Machine Operator
Schedule : 7 : 00am -7 : 00pm OR 7 : 00pm -7 : 00am – 3 days one week / 4 days following week includes every other weekend
Pay Rate : $20.00 - $20.35
Job Responsibilities & Description for Extrusion Machine Operator :
- sampling for Quality checks
- watching rolls and checking for; correct width and height, correct gauge, abnormalities, no contaminants, specific customer requirements
- starting extruder without direct supervision
- changing rolls
- bubble size adjustment
- gauge adjustment
- gauge film sample
- screen pack changes
- die cleaning
- re-assembly and set-up
- screen pulling and cleaning
- paperwork including stamping of packaging and what codes mean
Job Requirements for :
Previous manufacturing experience / machine operator
Must Pass preemployment screening
