Join our dynamic warehouse team in located in Huntersville, NC as an Order Picker and play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction through accurate order fulfillment . As an essential part of our logistics and distribution operations, you will pick and fulfill customer orders using RF handheld scanners , Cobots (automated carts) , and pallet jacks while maintaining high performance standards and safety compliance.
Key Responsibilities :
- Order Fulfillment Excellence : Accurately pick customer orders from designated bin locations using RF scanners , rolling carts , Cobots , and pallet jacks (manual or electric).
- Efficient Order Transport : Deliver completed orders to the shipping audit lines for final quality inspections.
- Material Handling : Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently, including both manual and electric pallet jacks .
- Performance Metrics : Achieve a minimum picking standard of 40 Lines per Hour (LPH) or 300 lines per day with an error rate of less than 1% after three weeks.
- Warehouse Safety : Follow all safety protocols when working around forklifts , order pickers , and automated machinery .
- Inventory Management Support : Assist with physical inventory counts and restocking as needed.
- Workplace Standards : Maintain a clean warehouse through regular housekeeping and adhere to all company policies regarding productivity, attendance, and dress code .
- Team Collaboration : Contribute to a positive team environment and support additional tasks as assigned.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
Lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly.
