Licensed Property and Casualty Insurance Agent Team Lead Job Details :
- Schedule : M-F 8am- 5pm
- On-Site
- Pay Rate : $22-26hr 50% commissions & performance bonuses
- Must possess an active license in Property and Casualty License in Virginia
- Life Health and Annuities license is a PLUS!
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent communication skills / phone skills required
- Experience in Leadership in the insurance industry is a PLUS!
Licensed Property and Casualty Insurance Agent Team Lead Job Description :
Assisting with onboarding new employees, training, coaching, and development
Administrative tasks; Client account management
Manage communication with clients via phone, email, and other platforms
Explain various insurance policies and products to potential and existing clients, guiding them toward the best coverage
Issue quotes, maintain client records, prepare reports, and answer client questions about insurance plans and policies
Suggest modifications and updates to existing clients’ insurance policies
Build customized insurance policies and packages
Source potential clients through professional networks, incoming and outgoing calls, and referrals
Advise clients on potential risks and benefits of each policy
