Job Title : Rebuild Technician
Shift : Monday-Friday 7 : 00AM - 3 : 30 PM
Pay Range : $18-28 / hour
Location : Cranberry Twp, PA
Summary :
We are seeking a Rebuild Technician to set up and operate machine tools for producing, repairing, and testing precision parts and instruments. This role includes fabricating, modifying, and maintaining parts to ensure continuous product production per established standards.
Responsibilities :
- Study blueprints and specifications to determine part dimensions and machining sequence.
- Set up machines, select tools, and secure materials for machining.
- Adjust machine controls to regulate machining factors (speed, feed, coolant, etc.).
- Inspect parts for conformance to specifications using measurement tools.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot malfunctions.
- Test parts for defects, structural integrity, and functional performance.
- Collaborate with engineers and production staff to resolve issues.
- Maintain and calibrate test instruments and machinery.
