Position Overview :
This service connects individuals with human services and community resources to meet their needs. It supports initiatives like the Philadelphia Anti-Gun Violence Hotline, a dedicated resource for addressing gun violence. Trained staff handle calls and connect individuals to the appropriate support services in the community
Resource Navigator Job Details :
Schedule : Monday-Friday : 12PM-8PM or 3PM-11PM
Pay Rate : $15 per hour, increases to $16 after 250 hours worked.
Type : 1 year long contract!
Resource Navigator Job Description :
Handle inbound calls, texts, and chats with professionalism, empathy, and adherence to quality standards, including timely follow-up and escalation as needed.
Accurately input data, maintain detailed records (including timekeeping), and document all interactions using required systems and tools.
Attend and actively participate in training sessions, meetings, and outreach events, including those outside regular working hours.
Resource Navigator Job Requirements :
Required : High School Diploma or GED and at least two years of customer service experience in a call center setting.
Role is 100% remote, need to be a Philadelphia resident.
