Summary
As a PeopleShare Sales Account Executive your work will have a direct and major impact on the business. You will develop business relationships and grow revenue in a highly competitive market. You will generate leads and grow existing relations by maintaining an accurate, detailed client book for an active, repeat customer base. You will also work closely with a team of recruiters to communicate customer needs, thereby facilitating an excellent on-going relationship with PeopleShare customers.

Job responsibilities :
Build and maintain an account portfolio of clients and prospects in the local market.
Manage client relationships and services for all accounts by conducting on-site visits and implementing strategic, client specific service.
Develop presence in the market by including daily inside phone sales, outside cold-calling, client visits, networking, customer service and proposals.
Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of the PeopleShare suite of services to present in a dynamic manner.
Research consumer needs and identify how our solutions can address those needs.
Cultivate relationships with decision-makers through creative, outside-the-box sales strategies.
Proven ability to exceed activity KPIs and budget goals.
Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensure that they are communicated and implemented within the branch.
Maintain personal sales production.
Maintain excellent documentation within the PeopleShare systems.
Requirements :
BA / BS degree
5 years of successful sales experience, preferable in B2B sales
Comfortable utilizing consultative selling techniques as well as making cold-calls (door to door sales prospecting)
Proven consistent results in selling with an emphasis on prospecting for new opportunities
A proven ability to network, develop strategic partnerships, and develop referral relationships
Successful track record of developing and managing self-initiated sales objectives.
Successful negotiating skills with C level decision-makers.
Clear, concise communication skills, solid business sense and presentation skills.
Ability to multitask with ever-changing priorities
Organizational skills to manage a deep pipeline of ongoing relationships with clients
