Senior Roll Forming Machine Operator Job Description:
- We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Roll Forming Machine Operator to support our operations in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have experience operating roll former machines, with a strong focus on safety and efficiency. This is a direct hire position, requiring relocation for those not currently local.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00AM-4:00PM
- Pay Rate: $80,000-$100,000 per year
- Location: Bethlehem, PA
- Type: Direct Hire
Responsibilities:
- Operate multiple machine lines, performing changeovers and settings as needed.
- Manage personnel working on related lines, ensuring smooth workflow.
- Assist with coil loading, bundling, and stacking product.
- Follow production schedules provided by Shift Supervisors.
- Record production data and report any machine troubles or solutions.
- Perform required maintenance on equipment.
- Conduct quality control checks, adhering to CSSBI Tolerance Charts.
- Maintain daily housekeeping standards for machines.
- Ensure health and safety awareness, wearing PPE as necessary.
- Report to Shift Supervisors.
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing or a related field.
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods, bend/lift heavy materials (up to 50lbs).
- Frequent communication and teamwork essential.
- Excellent time management skills, meeting deadlines.
- WHIMIS and Health & Safety certifications preferred.
- Pass a drug screening and background check.
- Valid Forklift Operator License.
- Experience with roll former machines a must.
