- Ensure compliance with established safety, health, and quality standards, including GMP policies and operational procedures.
- Lead safety initiatives through training programs, safety audits, and employee engagement in safety improvement activities.
- Oversee quality initiatives by implementing corrective actions, coordinating new product qualifications, and participating in internal and external audits.
- Recruit, train, and develop staff to achieve plant objectives and foster professional growth.
- Monitor operational costs and ensure alignment with budgetary goals.
- Maintain positive customer relationships and identify opportunities for operational improvements and cost reductions.
- Implement continuous improvement strategies to meet both short-term and long-term objectives.
- Manage production planning processes to meet customer requirements effectively.

- Undertake special projects as required and maintain flexibility for up to 25% of travel.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in plant management.
- Minimum of five years in a supervisory or management role within a manufacturing environment, demonstrating strong leadership abilities.
- Experience with Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and Kaizen methodologies is preferred.
- Ability to maintain consistent attendance and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Proficiency in computer use, including standard office applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with internal teams, vendors, and customers.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to work independently while following established procedures.
