Scope of Position
Our client seeks a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Coordinator (or Implementation Coordinator) for a full-time, on-site role. This individual will be pivotal in overseeing and managing projects, ensuring seamless execution, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The role requires strong leadership, task management, documentation, and basic technical troubleshooting skills, particularly in VoIP, Carrier Services, Networks & Infrastructure, and Structured Cabling.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coordinate, and manage the daily operations of multiple projects across a national footprint, including installations, migrations, renovations, and network infrastructure upgrades.
- Ensure projects align with established schedules, scopes, and organizational standards.
- Monitor project activities, track timelines, manage milestones, and uphold quality standards to achieve project objectives.
- Develop, maintain, and manage comprehensive project documentation, escalating issues when necessary.
- Coordinate with personnel, vendors, and suppliers to schedule resources and ensure timely materials delivery.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for projects, facilitating clear communication and managing escalation processes.
- Conduct quality assurance reviews, including assessing on-site technician work through photo documentation to verify compliance with project specifications.
- Foster strong customer relationships with a continuous focus on service excellence.
