Scope of Position

Our client seeks a visionary and strategic Senior Brand Manager to elevate their brand and drive business growth. This role requires a dynamic leader who can craft compelling marketing strategies, develop innovative campaigns, and leverage consumer insights to strengthen market positioning. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of consumer behavior, a passion for innovation, and the ability to collaborate across teams to bring new product ideas to life.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership : Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with long-term business objectives, identifying opportunities and proactively addressing market challenges.
  • Project Management : Oversee the execution of marketing plans, ensuring adherence to aggressive timelines while maintaining focus on strategic priorities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with internal teams, including Integrated Marketing, Insights, Innovation, R&D, Sales, and Finance, to ensure seamless execution of brand initiatives. Manage external agency relationships to drive impactful campaigns.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making : Analyze key performance indicators, market data, and consumer insights to inform and optimize marketing strategies. Present compelling, data-backed recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Innovation & Product Development : Identify new product opportunities, exploring bold flavors, healthier alternatives, and sustainable packaging solutions to enhance brand differentiation.
  • Brand Storytelling : Leverage data and insights to craft compelling brand narratives that resonate with consumers and drive engagement.
  • Performance Optimization : Continuously assess marketing performance, recommending and implementing adjustments to maximize success.
  • Leadership & Influence : Foster a culture of creativity, commitment, collaboration, and customer focus, inspiring teams to push the boundaries of brand excellence.

Qualifications

  • Master's Degree required in Business.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in consumer brand management.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, PR, and media channels.
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in business and financial acumen.
  • Proficiency with market research tools such as IRI Unify, Nielsen, and SPINS.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Experience in the food and / or consumer goods industry is highly desirable.
